Our lab through pioneering work of Dr. Jian Huang developed and validated customized Real Time Gene PCR Arrays targeting specific muscle genes associated with muscle myogenic differentiation and the Excitation Contraction Coupling maturation. We have extensively used this array and other ones looking at multiple signaling pathways in our studies.
